Many top sports and business people
have personal coaches to help
them fulfil their potential. Yet although an increasing
number of people consult personal trainers with regard to
physical fitness, maximising our full potential in other areas of our lives
is often neglected.
Aside
from sport, coaching is often associated with enhancing
performance at work. However the principles can also be
applied to many others situations. Enlisting the help of
a coach does not mean that you have problems. On the contrary it shows a
commitment to realising your true potential.
Coaching can focus on:
- Improving performance, confidence and self-esteem
- Communicating more effectively
- Managing problems and making decisions
- Being more assertive
- Coping with change
- Resolving conflict
- Dealing with difficult people
- Self-doubt and concerns about competence
- Feeling stuck career, relationship or otherwise
- Learning from and progressing beyond difficult
situations
- Stress management
- Time management
Coaches do not give advice or offer
magic
answers. They help people to find their own ways to
maximise their potential. If you would like more
information on the services available, please do contact me. I
would be pleased to discuss whether I can meet your requirements.
Please note that the outcome of this type of work cannot be
guaranteed. I reserve the
right to decline to work with or recommend onward referral for
people who I consider need services which I am unable to provide.
